Amazon Soars, Netflix Plummets in a Customer Satisfaction Study
According to the new report from customer experience analytics firm ForSee, Amazon is the top online retailer in terms of customer satisfaction in 2011. Netflix on the other hand plummeted in customer satisfaction due to the company’s “well-publicized blunders.” After competing for the number one spot in the ForSee’s Index for seven years, the two online retailers are now heading in the opposite directions.
