The PC industry is on a serious decline with the lowest Q1 sales since 1994 when the tracking of the market first started. With 76.3 million PCs shipped in the first quarter of 2013 and a 14% decline from the Q1 a year ago, a market research firm IDC calls it the worst quarter they’ve seen in the last two decades.
